Wes Hamilton, CRNP

Wes Hamilton is Co-Founder and Co-Owner of Hamilton Family Urgent Care. Wes has been working in Urgent Care as a Nurse Practitioner since 2011. He has been an RN since 2002. He was a Nationally Registered Paramedic for almost 32 years.

Sarah Tank, CRNP

Sarah Robertson, MSN, APRN, FNP-C is a nurse practitioner in urgent care who enjoys building meaningful connections with her patients while providing compassionate, high-quality care. A Rogers High School graduate, she earned her BSN from the University of North Alabama in 2015 and her Master’s degree in 2021. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and values balance between caring for others and caring for home.

Deb Putman, CRNP

Deb has been practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner for over 15 years. She has been a Registered Nurse for over 30 years.

Brady Daniel, CRNP

Brady Daniel is an American Academy of Nurse Practitioners board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C). Brady has over 10 years of nursing experience in Emergency/Urgent Care and primary care. Brady holds a Master’s of Science in Nursing from The University of Alabama. Whether your needs are for primary care or acute illnesses or injuries, Brady is committed to providing you with care and compassion and is committed to ensuring that you get the healthcare you need. When he’s not working, Brady loves spending time with his wife, Rachel, and their two children, Maddox and Bailee. Brady also enjoys working on his farm raising cattle.

Kevin Brewer, CRNP

Kevin began his nursing career after earning an Associate Degree in Nursing from Northwest Shoals Community College in 2013. He graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Alabama in 2023 and went on to complete his Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Family Nurse Practitioner from UNA in 2024. Kevin’s professional journey has included a variety of roles that shaped his approach to patient care. He started at Helen Keller Hospital, later serving in hospice care as a certified preceptor for new hires, a case manager, and a clinical liaison. During that time, he became a Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse, gaining valuable experience in supporting patients and families through some of their most challenging times. Since February 2025, Kevin has been serving patients at Hamilton Family Urgent Care, where he is grateful for the opportunity to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals and families in the community

Annette Stephenson, CRNP

Annette has been working in Urgent Care for several years and was an RN in the Emergency Room for many years. Annette also has experience as a Paramedic working in EMS for many years as well as a Flight Nurse.

Erin Mitchell, CRNP

Erin Sprinkle Mitchell is a Lawrence County native and currently resides in Hatton. She completed her BSN in 2007 from UNA. In 2007 Erin completed her MSN from the University of Alabama. After almost 10 years as an RN, Erin earned her FNP certification from UAH in 2016. Erin enjoys her job and loves helping people in her community live healthy lives. When she's not working she enjoys spending time with her children and family.

Beth Raper, CRNP

Beth Raper has worked as a Family Nurse Practitioner for over 20 years. A native of Muscle Shoals, Beth currently accepts primary care patients at our Muscle Shoals location.

Tawana McCrory, CRNP

Tawan McCrory has a Masters Degree in Nursing from the University of Alabama. Tawan currently works at our Moulton location.

Chris Gorbatoff, CRNP

Chris has been in the nursing profession for 15 years. After gaining valuable experience as a hospital nurse and in nursing supervision, he continued his education, graduating with his Master's of Science in Nursing in 2020. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, he has had experience in Infectious Disease, Hospice, and Family Urgent Care.
